Functions of Play Station Portable

Play Station Portable is a step far ahead of the Nintendo Series video Games as they offer wide screen monitor with and it takes up the entire width of the device. It is important to note that it consumes the same amount of power as the Play Station 2 does. It has an LCD screen with a 480×272-pixel TFT. Sony has designed all new kinds of formats for the play of games, movies and other important stuff to be used on play station.

If we look at the earlier game systems whether portable or non portable we are able to find two different kinds of processors performing the function of game display and the other one for the mathematical calculations but the present Play Station Portable with a wide range PSP memory cards to store a variety of video games and movies in PSP memory. PSP has introduced the memory function to a level where both the presentation and calculation are unified in a central processing unit (CPU). Now you have a 3 D graphic processor, media processor and a security processor to prevent and secure piracy. You have a final processor in the PSP as to manage and to conserve energy in it.

There are buttons as like the earlier devices and the users will find them at ease and feel familiar to operate the PSP like a Laptop. Off course a Laptop memory stores different kind of data as same like the PC memory and at the same level a PSP memory stores the relevant details of games, movies, music and other stuff.
