Printing is an essential component of information technology. Print outs are made out in divergent formats. Ordinary printing formats are A3, A4, A5, letter, envelop and so on. However, at times you may require wide format printing for banners, logos and such other materials mostly used for advertising purposes. Encad wide format inkjet printer is the most commonly used machine in United States and Europe.

Encad NovaJet models are variously used for wide format printings and fabric designing purposes. They are also used for making wallpapers, floor designing and such other decorative purposes. Encad parts are manufactured in such manner that they are perhaps the most suitable printer for textile industries that uses the printer for fabric designing.

Like Encad in the west, Mimaki is the most popular wide format inkjet printer model in the East. Manufactured in Japan, this product is even faster than the traditional Encad and makes cost and time economy far easier for the manufacturers as well as the end users. Mimaki often scores over Encad in speed and due to it’s having one extra color and yet Encad is still favored by many because of its reliability.

Both types of wide format inkjet printers however suffer from one common deficiency. The ink tends to dry up or get exhausted quite easily. This makes the use of inkjet printer quite costly and also cumbersome due to requirement of frequent cartridge replacements. This problem can be effectively addressed with the introduction of the bulk ink system where you will no more require changing the ink cartridge.
